Cancellation Policy

For Pet's 3D Scan session, $89 is for a 4.5cm tall sitting or standing posture, other sizes and postures may be a different price. You can get a price quote before booking in if you have other size/ posture preference. For Cosplayers and pets, you're welcome to book up to 3 people/ pets or bring in props exceed 20cm in one session, but the price shows on the page is for per person with props or per pet without props. For Couple's Wedding 3D Scan, the price shows on the page is for per couple without props. For people's 3D Scan Sessions, please choose the service matches the amount of people as it says, the price shows on the page is for per person without props. A deposit and cancellation fee will now apply. - No cancellations or changes accepted within 24 hours of appointment. This allows us time to arrange customers on the waiting list to fill those spots. - Upon booking, we kindly ask for a non-refundable $100 deposit for Wedding Vibe 3D Scan Session or $25 to $50 for other services/ sessions to secure the booking. Your deposit will be credited for your session. - Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your booking otherwise it will result you losing the total amount of your deposit. In addition, same day cancellation / reschedule or no show will also result in losing your deposit. Please note that we work on an appointment-only basis and we hope that you will enjoy a one on one 3D experience and appreciate that we are setting aside time specifically for you when you make a booking :)
